I am screwed.... or not
Come on, man.... think positive.... think what you can do, think what you need to do....
My debts has reaches new height, with RM 55K Credit Card + 3 house loan.
Wonder how can i get around it? I also don't know myself. All the best to me....
pay what i can loh.... save what I can and Earn what i can.... that's my stretegy.
Remember, the purpose of mylife is to be colourful, enjoy freedom and do enlightenment to myself and others.
Now I am the voice, I will lead, not follow, I will believe, not doubt, I will create, not destroy. I am the force for good, I am the force for god, I am the leader, defy the odds, set new standard, step up, step up, step up.

Once again, I am broke..... but happy!
Coming back from HK and spend few K there, the proposing ring, the romantic dinner, the renovation etc. Has spend most, if not all, of my personal saving.
Well, at least my parents are happy and my honey is happy. Thanks so much. I think those experience is what money cannot buy.
Anyway, tough time ahead. I am seriously considering to how can i invest more into the stock market while clearing my debts.
The blood sucking Natwest bank debt is almost settle. But I still owe more than b4 due to all the above. God help me, to clear my sin please.
In Jesus name...
Amen

Recently, I was "high as cloud 9".

Life's getting better and better
Recent turmoil in the political arena has created uncertainty in the financial market. Stock market will not do well as long as things remain uncertain.
Luckily i have disposed a portion of the stock and reduced the bank debts.
I learned that Affin bank is giving 0 % balance transfer offer and I am doing that. Beside, my EPF application is yet to be approved due to the inefficient service provided by KWSP.
KWSP: give me back my money!
Other then that, I am doing quite okay recently. Looking forward to my father's treasure!
All the best to us! Good luck!

Good Choice, Wrong Choice & Stupid Choice
Should I dispose all my shares and repay my credit card at this moment?
Is it a good choice, a wrong choice or a stupid choice?
I was at a constant delemma over the above decision. They are pros and cons on each decisions.
The pros are:
1) If I dispose the share, I will be able to save on interest of Credit card amount to RM 300 / month.
2) If I dispose the share, I will be able to transfer my Maybank loan to RHB bank and save on interest amount to RM 300 / month.
3) If i dispose the share, I will not have to pay interest on the share financing amount to RM 125 / month.
4) Every month, I will be able to have an amount of RM 2000 in my bank account.
5) I will "look rich".
6) I will have money to proceed with my marriage.
If I keep the shares
1) I will have a future gain, the Warren Buffet Way
2) I will have something to look up to everyday.
3) I will feel better by only paper loss. (Losses amount to RM 5,000).
4) The feeling of "Owning something" is there.
I guess, the choice is quite obvious after I tabled it out..... to sell all the shares. Will see the market how.
