New Strategy

I figure out, that I only earn RM 100+ /day. If I keep paying through my nose, It doesn't help. So, i developed a strategy to only pay RM 100 / day. So far, this strategy is working great. I feel progress EVERYDAY.

I have paid of the DAMN bank H RM 2,000 + credit card when I received my pay last week. Now, I working fantastically towards my Financial Freedom.

Keep it up!

Financial Freedom

By Defination, Financial Freedom = I have sufficient money + asset to support my day-to-day expenses (not luxuriously though) without a monthly salary.

Meaning, I have gone out of the RAT RACE as defined by the CASHFLOW game by Robert Kiyosaki.

Todate, I am still in the RAT RACE and I am pretty much in DEBTS at the moment.

It is my OUTCOME that I can get out of this RAT RACE in year to come and to keep track of it, I have this blog created.

I want to start off with my current ASSET/CASH/DEBTS List:

ASSET ON HAND:

SHARES of SS CO. - RM 20,000
SHARES of BLD PLANT - 6500 unit (worth RM 26,000)
SHARES of DIGI - 200 unit (worth RM 4,900)
SHARES of HT - 50% (worth ???)

CASH OR CASH EQUIVALENT

Cash at BANK - RM 2,500
Cash Receivable - RM 1,500
Cash (Hopefully Receivable) - RM 3,000
Salary + Bonus collectable - RM 7,000

Now, the most interesting part: (DEBTS)

Credit card debts (Foreign Bank) - RM 7,500
Credit card debts (Back C) - RM 4,200
Credit card debts (Bank A) - RM 2,500
Credit card debts (Bank H) - RM 15,500
Debts (Bank H) - RM 4,000
Debts (Bank A) - RM 14,000
Debts (Bank C) - RM 7,900
Loan (Shoplot) - RM 150,000
Loan (House) - RM 86,000
Insurance - RM 8,000

As you can see, I am a person heavily in debts. Achieving Financial Freedom is a long long way for me. But I am determine to make it happen! One at a time, I will make those debts become less and less, Month by Month.

Let's bless me with all you can.

Amen
