2) Repay Credit Card
3) Buy house (Using EPF money)
3) Buy furniture (Using Credit Card)
4) Getting married (Using Credit Card)
5) Get rich
6) Prepare for future kids.
7) Die peacefully.

Yesterday, I have a dream. I dream about the first day after I pensioned. Where am I going to get my monthly expenses? my son or daughter? sorry, haven't have one.

What am I going to do if my house is still under mortgage? Don't know.

Right Now, there is an emotion rush: I have to do something..... So that I can continue to survive after my pension years, and give my children reasonable education!

I owe credit card RM 70k

Wow..... after compling, I found that I owe my one year salary to the BANKS. That's still excluded the Home loan and my negative value Central Shopping Plaza Loan.

This 70k, 26k belongs to my brother. I have about 20k with me. Meaning, even I strip off and pawn my underwear, I still owe bank 24K.

Yesterday, I read Rich Dad Poor Dad, and it somehow click that I am and I will be the POOR DAD. I have ZERO financial intelligent. But nevermind, I will solve this out.
